You can cancel your order

TMCC try to provide you with as much information as we can about our products so that you can make an informed purchasing decision and will be happy with any product you may buy from us. 
In order to give you additional confidence, if within seven working days you wish to cancel or reject the item, for whatever reason, you may do so. This seven day period starts the day after you receive the item and does not include Saturdays or Sundays. The item must remain perfect and unmarked in any way and be made available for collection in it\\\'s original undamaged packaging.

How to cancel your order

All you need to do is to contact us on 0870 446 0006 within seven days of receipt to advise us that you intend to return the product. We will explain our simple return procedure and issue you with a Return Number. We will also send you by post written confirmation and a return form. 

We may also arrange with you the easiest and most convenient way for the item to be returned to us.
You must ensure however that the item is then returned to us within 28 days by the agreed method together with the completed Goods Return Form. 

Exclusion for Non Standard Products

Products manufactured to your specific requirements i.e. chairs with special cushion colour or fabric, are non-standard products and can not be supplied on a trial or sale or return basis. Non standard products cannot be cancelled and returned for a refund. 

Standard Products Refund Conditions

  • Where standard products have been ordered in error or are not as expected, TMCC may agree to their return for a refund on the following conditions:-
  • A request must be made to TMCC within 7 working days of receipt of the item and subsequently confirmed in writing to us by letter, fax or email.  This seven day period starts the day after you receive the item and does not include Saturdays or Sundays
  • No items will be accepted for refund unless return authorisation has been given by TMCC prior to their return. 
  • The item must be returned in perfect as new condition complete and in the original packaging.
  • The customer will be responsible for any loss or damage in transit to the item being returned.
  • Any refund due will be made immediately on receipt by TMCC of the goods in \\\'as new\\\' condition or within not more than 30 days of rejection or cancellation
  • Unless agreed previously in writing the customer will be responsible for full carriage costs for the return consignment.
    Returns Procedure
  • To return any item to us you must first contact us on 0870 446 0006 to advise us that you intend to return the item. 
  • We will need sufficient information from you to enable us to identify the original sales invoice in our records, the purchasers name, the delivery address and the approximate purchase date should be sufficient.
  • Once we have identified the item in our records we will explain our simple return procedure and issue you with a return Number. We will also send you by post written confirmation and a return form. 
  • We may also arrange with you the easiest and most convenient way for the item to be returned to us. 
  • We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit unless agreed previously in writing.

Guarantee policy

Our Standard Guarantee

Unless clearly stated otherwise all products sold by us are covered by our standard 12 month parts and labour guarantee.  

Standard Guarantee Terms

  • By our guarantee we undertake that if the product proves to be defective, although it has been properly used  (in accordance with any Assembly and Use instructions), during a period of up to one year from the date of purchase it will be repaired, or at The Massage Chair Company Ltd option be replaced, free of charge. 
  • To claim under the Guarantee the customer must return the product to The Massage Chair Company Ltd at his own risk and cost before the end of the one-year guarantee period. 
  • The Guarantee does not cover reasonable wear and tear or damage to any upholstery fabric or leather 
  • The Guarantee does not cover any of the following defects and the customer will be required to pay a repair and delivery charge for any such defects occurring within the one year guarantee period 
  • Any defect due to mishandling.
  • Any damage or tears to fabric or upholstery occasioned during transit not reported to The Massage Chair Company Ltd. within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Any defect due to repair or modification, etc. performed by anyone other than a member of The Massage Chair Company service team
    Any defect or damage due to transport, a fall, shock, etc. after the purchase of the product.
  • Any defect or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood damage, thunderbolt, other natural disasters environmental pollution and irregular voltage sources.
  • Any defect due to careless or improper storage (such as keeping the product under conditions of high temperature and humidity), improper maintenance, etc.
  • Any defect that occurs due to the improper use of product or the power supply (such as misuse of the transformer or electrical lead).

Guarantee Claims

To return your chair under the guarantee follow the simple instructions outlined in our Returns Procedure

Consequential Loss

The Massage Chair Company Ltd sole liability under the guarantee shall be limited to repairing or replacing the product and any liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred or suffered by the customer due to a defect caused to any other equipment or accessories used with the product or any loss as a result from delay in repair, is excluded.

Complaints policy

Complaints 

Any complaints received will be acknowledged within three working days and will be dealt with immediately. 
We will endeavor to solve any complaint as quickly as possible and will keep you fully informed of any action we are taking to resolve your complaint.
